For Users: When you subscribe to a nutritionist through Hidden Pantry, you gain access to their content, meal plans, and consultation services as offered. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Fees, cancellation terms, and refund policies are governed by Google's and Apple's respective platform policies.
For Nutritionists: Nutritionists register as service providers on the platform. By joining, they agree to provide accurate credential information, deliver services as advertised, and comply with applicable professional and regulatory standards. Hidden Pantry does not employ nutritionists and acts solely as a platform connecting them with users.
Hidden Pantry is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of nutritional advice or services provided by independent nutritionists on the platform.
Certain features of Hidden Pantry require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
All content within Hidden Pantry — including but not limited to the app design, logos, graphics, text, recipes (created by us), software code, and features — is the exclusive intellectual property of Hidden Pantry and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Content created and uploaded by nutritionists remains their intellectual property. By uploading content to the platform, they grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the app.
You may submit content such as reviews, comments, or profile information. By doing so, you grant Hidden Pantry a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.
Your use of Hidden Pantry is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Hidden Pantry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
